CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
1. The Exhibitor agrees to pay the price indicated on or before the final payment due date of Friday, March 4, 2011. If payment not received by March 4, 2011 space will be re-offered.

2. The Exhibitor shall insure his own merchandise against fire, theft, all perils, and maintain public liability insurance.

3. The Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for any loss incurred by any Exhibitor.

4. Exhibit space will be made available for Exhibitor's use for booth set-up on Friday, April 15, 2011 from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

5. Exhibit display to be completed by the Exhibitor by Friday, April 15, 2011 at 10 p.m.

6. Preparation of the Exhibit will be at the Exhibitor's expense.

7. Exhibit will remain intact until 5 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2011. No removal or dismantling of the Exhibit or Exhibit material is permitted before this time.

8. All booth decorations must be kept within the confines of the rented booth dimensions. Eight foot high sidewalls will not exceed four feet in depth unless prior approval is obtained from Showcase Management. Installation of eight foot high sidewall will be at the expense of the Exhibitor. No booth decoration will block the visibility of another Exhibitor.

9. Painting or fastening to walls, floors, ceiling or any part of the building is not permitted. Attaching signs or display material to the show contractor's equipment will be by approved methods only. Any damage to the building or show dressings will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. No open flames are permitted in building.

10. Final allotment of Booth space will be at the discretion of Showcase Management.

11. All monies received prior to the completion of the event will be considered a deposit. When payments for space are not paid when due, deposits may be forfeited and the space reallocated.

12. Booth Cancellation Policy - payment will not be refunded if cancellation is after March 4, 2011. All cancellations must be received in writing.

13. The sale of raffle tickets, lotteries and/or gambling is not permitted unless prior approval is obtained from Showcase Management.

14. Cancellation of trade show in he event of inclement weather or any other event or case beyond the control of the GSCC, any delay, rescheduling or cancellation of the trade show will be at the sole discretion of the GSCC. The GSCC will not be held responsible to refund registration fee.
