3. Does the product/service meet community needs? (Please explain)

4. Has the company developed a marketing plan, both short-term and long-term? (Briefly explain each)

5. Is the company meeting/exceeding sales targets? (Please provide numeric support)

6. Is the company meeting/exceeding staffing targets? (Please provide numeric support)

7. Is the company meeting/exceeding required profitability targets? (Please provide financial support)

8. Has the business earned any notable achievements? (Please provide copies of newspaper clippings, certificates, etc., if available and/or possible)
