4. Does the business use ingenuity and innovation to overcome challenges and compete in the market place? (Please explain how)

5. Do the employer and employees participant in and/or support community activities? (Please provide details/expamples)

6. Does the business focus on purchasing supplies locally, if available? (Please explain briefly this purchasing policy)

7. Is the general appearance of the business premises/property attractive, well kept and aesthetically appealing? (Please provide details/photos)

8. Does a good employee/employer relationship exist and how does the management of the company work to maintain good employee relations?

9. Has the business achieved significant employment growth? (Please provide financial details in support)

10. What other notable achievements has the business attained? (Please provide copies of newspaper clippings, certificates, etc., if available and/or possible)
