*Please note June’s mixer is hosted by the Summerside Golf & Country Club for the annual golf tournament each year, exhibitors are welcome.

Mixer Host’s Responsibilities:
- Provide Mixer location with room for 70 plus people
- Provide hors d’oeuvres and tea and coffee at the mixer
- Host may, when possible, provide bar services and keep the revenue
- Provide a door prize
- Provide tables (approx. 3’ x 6’) plus table covering for each exhibitor

Mixer Exhibitor’s Responsibilities:
- Provide a door prize
- Have display set up at least 15 minutes before mixer begins
